WASC Rezervasyon sayfasına mobil cihazdan girdiğinizde solda yukarıda menü barını göreceksiniz. Onu tıkladığınızda "One-on-One Session" ile birlikte "Book Workshop" seçeneği karşınıza çıkacak. Atölyelere o seçenekten kayıt yaptırabilirsiniz. 

Reservation Steps:

All students must register for one-on-one sessions and workshops through our online scheduling system. 

Follow these steps to reserve a session:

Click on the "Book Now" button above. It will direct you to the reservation system.

Once you go to the reservation system, make sure you register with your contact information.

Set your profile on the Setmore Reservation Website. We will need your name, e-mail address and phone number for communication.

Click on "One-on-One Sessions" or "Workshops"; you will see different options. Choose one.

Go to the calendar; click on the service you are interested in.

Check its time, date, place, and quota.

If there are available seats, you can make a reservation.

Click on the session and reserve a spot.

You will receive an e-mail about the details of the reservation.

Note down the place, time, and date of your reservation. On the scheduled day and time, attend the session.

Make sure that you arrive at the session/workshop on time

Important Notes:

You can make a reservation up to 24 hours before the session.

Check if the session is open for your level. If it is not, do not register for it. 

Do not register for more than one 1-1 session a day. If you do so, your second reservation will be canceled by the instructor. 

Send your written work to wasc@bogazici.edu.tr 24 hours in advance to get feedback. 

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to reserve that time slot.
